I opened a JotForm request at another desk and the original has disappeared from my in box when I open my email at my own PC. I do have a copy in the body of the email with which I replied to the sender, so this isn't a big deal. This is the second time this has happened to me under similar circumstances (except when I am at the front desk).
Is there a way I can get into JotForm and get a PDF copy I can save, or should I just contact you if this happens again?

Unfortunately I did not understood your issue. What have you opened and what has disappeared? Did you opened your form in another tab or have you maybe opened Form Builder in another tab? Or do you have some issues with email Notification?
Please provide us more details about your issue. Also if possible a screenshot. Also provide us ID of your form.
If you want to create a PDF report of your submissions, you can do it on submission page of your form. Inside of this guide you can find how to do it:
