Return email says "This Sender Failed our fraud detection..."

    Why do I get an email with the below message:

    The same message is also on the Thank You email:

    It seems that you are using a verified custom email address as the sender email address in your notification. Your email server may be blocking/restricting the emails being received using a different email address sent by JotForm servers. You may consider changing the sender email address by configuring SMTP email address. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with setting up an SMTP email address.
