    Hi,

    I create and maintain free websites for animal rescues and as you know they all need forms/applications.  I currently use machform which I like very much but for some instances it doesn't quite have what I need.  I would like to purchase jotform to use for the websites that I need something extra on.  I can't afford monthly payments, and I can afford a huge cost either, eny scripts I buy to use comes out of my pocket, I never as any of the rescues to help pay for that.  They can't afford it and my goal is to help them get their animals out there and raise money to be able to rescue more of them, so that would be counter-productive.

     

    Would you consider selling me a copy of jotform to use? Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated and I think you for taking the time to read my email.  I look forward to hearing from you.

    We offer a Free account here in JotForm and it is free forever. You can start anytime you want, there's no need to pay to gain access forms. Here's the limit for the Free account:

    The monthly form views and monthly submissions will always reset back to 0 every first day of the month.
