Is there a way to access uploaded files associated with a submission (e.g., via FTP)?

The email summary has links to the files and I was wondering if there was a way to either easily download all the files users submitted via a form (across multiple submissions) rather than having to click on each link.

I understand I cannot delete the files a user submitted until the submission is deleted.  Is that correct?
