How can I restore a submission that was deleted?

I was going over a Jotform I had created and I deleted the submissions I had, and I need them back. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

Unfortunately, once a submission is deleted, it is fully removed from our system.  We do not keep backups of deleted submissions.
