Add "All of the Above" option to Checkboxes/Radio Buttons (Feature Suggestion)

I have a feature suggestion and I apologize if there's somewhere else to submit them, but I didn't see it.

I have a form with a few Checkboxes and Radio Buttons that have a last option of "All of the above."  I want to have that last option visually stand out by putting a line above it to separate it from the other options.  I've done this by adding an HTML horizontal rule (using <hr>) at the end of the second to last option.  The only issue with this is that line shows up in the emails that get sent after the form is submitted and it doesn't look professional, which I need it to.

So I looked at the checkbox widgets but none of them do what I need with the "All of the above" type option.  They're mostly just different looks.

So, I have a suggestion..  I think a good feature would be to add an option to Radio Buttons and Checkboxes to add an "All of the above" option.  It could fit in the "Options" tab when editing the Properties of the field, much like the option to "Display Other Option" already available in Radio Buttons and Checkboxes.  It would allow you to type in your own text (with "All of the above" entered by default) and when that option is selected by the user of your form, the other options would either get greyed out but still clickable for functionality's sake (when it's a Radio Button) or get all checked (in the case of a Checkbox).  Maybe when it's a Checkbox, it could check every other option and also grey them out (again, still leaving them clickable).  You could also simplify this by only adding it to Checkboxes.. just in my case, with my form, it would also be helpful on one of my Radio Button fields, but I could see it being rare to be needed on a Radio Button.

I have forwarded your feature request to our back-end team. Please note that there isn't an estimated time-frame for a resolution. You will be notified via this thread if there is any progress on your request.
