Error message

    Hi

    We are a small nonprofit school just getting going with job applications for teachers. I published my JotForm (using WordPress), did a test, and got the message "Failed to set exception option"

    Help!

    Did you make sure all required fields were filled? Can we do a real submission to reproduce the issue?

    Thanks for your quick response! -- it appears to be working now,
    although am having trouble with the notification emails. Still testing.

    Glad to know that! If you are having troubles with the notifications, please open a separate thread to report the issue, and specify the form you are working on.
