Why I'm not able to access exported data?

when i export data, i open the folders and they're empty. not sure what i'm doing incorrectly. specifically, i'd like to download the uploads to a form. i select "download all uploads."

I downloaded one of your prepared data and I was able to open folders and see the data:

Was your file fully downloaded?

Could you please try to download the file again and see if the issue persists.
