I have 4 active forms and each of them has a place for our customers to download an image. Until recently we have never had a problem viewing the image. Today we received a form submission with a downloaded image that we are not able to view (when the link is followed we get a 404 error) except from when logged in and viewing the submission in our jot form account.
FYI the form we received today containing the image I am pertaining to is "Model 4300JM Survey Sheet in Use" and this happened on another submission of the same form on January 30th.
Please let me know how this can be fixed.
