Where is my form? Can I give access to other admins for this form to be changed?

    The form embedded on the link you provided was created under a guest account, this is why you cannot find it in your "My Forms" page, I have checked for accounts related to your IP address and did not find an account.

    Please, create an account, and if possible provide a proof that you created the form, we could send a testing submission for example and if you're the recipient you could provide us with the info we submitted.

    Also, to allow others to have access to the form, you need to set up sub-user accounts, to get more info about it check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-account-User

    Hope this helps.

    @Kyle

    This is a duplicate post. My colleague already transferred the form you're referring to. Please check this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1056029.

    If you have any follow up, please go to that thread. Thank you.
