I created to forms today with the new version. I cloned from a form that was working but the two new ones are not sending emails on submit.

The old forms are still active and working. I took out all the conditions thinking that was the issue. The only thing I changed was 1 of the email recipients but the other two are the same and those are not going either. I did add a widget to PayPal. I processed a payment and still no email. I have changed to send on edit, still no emails. Help :(

I checked the recipients, and none of them are in bounce list. Have you checked your spam folder? Please try using your own SMTP settings for the sender email: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

Having same issue. Notification emails not being sent from at least 2 of my forms (that I have detected so far). Might it be generalized issue?

I had to delete the option to use PayPal.... for some reason that was holding it up. It would take you to PayPal and you could pay the correct amount but no emails would send :(

If possible, can you please try adding the Paypal field again to see if the issue still persists? We may need to investigate further if you are not receiving emails when paypal is added. I would also suggest to make sure that IPN is enabled on your paypal account. How to Enable IPN on your Paypal Account
