My form I have created for morgain fitness booking form - it says it submitted but I don't get a copy on my email so don't know where it is goingPage URL:

There doesn't seem to be any email notifications currently set on your Morgain Fitness Booking Form, which is why you don't receive an email upon submission. To setup a notification, please see our guide here: Setting Up Email Notifications.
