In the last week I stopped receiving an email titled "Notifier 2" whenever someone registered with my website via JotForm. In the last week, I've ceased receiving that email.
Attached is a screenshot of the email I used to get at email@example.com.
Please advise what setting I must change to get that going again.

The email address was in the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
Please have the admins of the @appraiserconsult.com domain to whitelist o IP addresses.
