Not able to sign in to JotPoll.

    When I login to and enter my Jotform login credentials, the screen below is what happens. It has been this way for 2 hours, the box is flipping, but nothing is happening!

    I did test JotPoll app and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to sign in successfully. Please check the screenshot below:


    Did you click on "Allow" button to allow JotPoll to access your JotForm account? I would suggest you to please clear your browser cache and then try again to sign in to JotPoll. The following guide should help you how to clear browser cache:'s-Cache
