A form was submitted to me about a week ago. Today the exact same form came through, but the client that sent it the first time didn't submit it. It's like it filled in (all the exact same info) and submitted itself. Is this something I should be concerned about?Page URL:

It seems browser cache issue. When submitters don't clear their browser caches, it may cause this kind of submission issue.
If you don't want to receive multiple submissions, you can activate Unique Submission feature.
