    Inidividual logins wanted for my website - give access to specific pages

    Unfortunately it is not possible to create login forms on Jotform. Asking for username and password is considered phishing and will result in the suspension of your account. It is in our terms of use.

    You can use the Thank You page to redirect the user to specific website URL. Here's my demo: https://form.jotform.com/70330768261959
