êu dei uma analizada sobre a suspensão do meu fomulario e tirei a seguinte conlusão sobre senha
as senhas que são pedidas é somente as do cliente que esta cadastrado na empresa
por favor faça voltar ao normal plizz

I could unsuspend your account, but if you still create a new login form, or keep the current one, I cannot assure this is not going to happen again.
I would suggest you to specify the purpose of that password field IN THE PAGE .
For example , you can insert a label "Please enter your password to register with us "
Nevertheless, it will unavoidably get suspended again sooner or later. My advice for you is to download its full source code, delete the current one and replace it by that one

o meu foi suspenso tambem... pesquisando vi o motivo foi pelo formulario login que criei...

Posting about the same issue on other threads such as this very old thread from 2012 would not speed things up and help resolve it faster, but actually only delay the response.
