Google sheets integration not updating

Hi there, I am organizing a race and the racers sign up using a jotform.  I integrated the form with google sheets and embedded the sheet into my website.  At first it worked fine but now it's not working at all.  I did modify the sheet by HIDING some of the columns, changing the format for the numbered entries (so they would be "xxx" instead of "$58", for instance) and by adjusting the column width.  

At first the modifications didn't seem to ruin the integration (although whenever I EDITED an entry, the integration would fail).  If I don't modify the format of my google sheet it really doesn't work well on the website.  Please advise why the google sheet integration has been failing.

PS.  I entered the last two racers by hand because Jotforms isn't updating.  Not a good solution!

Please note that we do not advise users to modify the columns in the integrated google sheet because it could break the integration. If you want to modify the sheet by hiding some of the columns, I would suggest to use the ImportRange tool of Google Spreadsheet.

To make your google spreadsheet integration woks again, please try to re-integrate it on your form.
