Why is my account suspended?

I"m trying to use your system and you suspend my account.. WHY??

I have found account has a username "ontopbiz" under the e-mail that "rian@ontopbiz.com ". I've checked your forms. Your forms contained "Password" fields.  You can not directly get personal sensitive information such as password, credit card details. Because it violates our Terms of Use.  If you insist on collecting any of this information, your account will be suspended again.  

I have deleted these fields and re-activated your account. Your forms are enabled now.
