Hello. Some form fields do not display in the email notification after a client as filled and submitted form.
Eg. Accent field doesn't show, add time-stamp doesn't show. Description field shows with no text. However, all fields have been applied or filled by client.

When I check your form, I find that your "Accent" and "Timestamp" fields aren't required. So, your users can send a submission without filling these fields. Because of this reason, the empty fields aren't sent in your notifications.
I would like to recommend you to make these fields required in order not to receive incomplete notifications.
Another point I'd like to point out that when I check your notification layout, there aren't any "accent" and "timestamp" fields.
You should add these fields to your notification's layout.
