Hello. I keep getting an occasional "Bad Gateway" error when customers submit our form. It appears to go through - does not send the acknowledgement email to the client but I get a submission email. It does not happen every time.Page URL:

This could be a minor traffic glitch at the period when submissions were being made. For the meantime, please observe if the Bad Gateway error continues to show up and let us know right away.

I'm also seeing the same thing intermittently.
Has this been resolved? I have never had this happen in the 5 years of using JotForm.
