My embedded form is not mobile responsive.

Hi, Please help me making this form mobile friendly. right now in mobile view everything seems ruined.

I did check your last edited form and it seems to appear correctly on mobile devices but the screenshot which you have shared is not of any of the form you have in your account. 

Have you shared your form in any webpage where you are having this issue with? Please share the webpage URL and we will take a look. Please note that for your embedded form to be mobile, we suggest you to embed form using its iFrame embed code. Here are the options I would suggest you:
