Sorry I do not know much English and I write with a translator. Why is it so bad service works? Emails are not delivered, the site slow work!

I have checked your e-mail logs and I could not find any failed e-mail. As you can see below screenshot:
Also, I have checked your recipient e-mails but they are not in our Bounce List. I can suggest you check your "Spam" folder. Then, click "Not Spam" button for to move your e-mail to your Inbox.
We have not received any similar reports regarding a service interruption or an unusual activity with our servers. You can check the status of JotForm in this link for any downtime or problems: http://jotformstatus.com/.
Also, if you embedded you form to the website, it may have an issue with your site.
