Keep getting an error message

    my customers keep getting an error message after they enter the form.

    Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate your issue. I was able to open the form without any error message, here's a screenshot:

    Your account is in good status and this form is currently active. Do you know what is the error message your customers are getting when they try opening your form?

    Is this form embedded on a webpage? If it is, please try to re-embed it using the iFrame method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code. Also, please provide the URL of the webpage.

    I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    Hello,

    I noticed that your Square integration is set to Test mode. Can you try changing it to Live?

    I can only assume that your form now works properly after switching the Square integration to Live mode. Otherwise, please let us know.
