Why is my form only emailing me sometimes when files are uploaded?

When a customer uploads files, the form is set to email me about the submission. Until about a month ago, it did this flawlessly. Over the past few weeks, it has emailed me most submission forms, but not all of them. Since these are notifying me of jobs that need to be produced, it's important to get an email for every upload. This morning's submission (by Denise Schatz) is one example where the files were sent to my Dropbox, but I was NOT emailed the submission form. Let me know if you need any other details! Thanks!

I see that you've recently started having some issues with receiving an email of when new submissions containing files are sent to you.

Upon checking your form I found that the email address you have in there ended up in our bouncelist so I've removed it for you.

    Details:

smtp; 554 "Refused. You have no reverse DNS entry

The emails should begin to flow again from us but, if you run into this issue again it may be necessary to contact your isp and perform a reverse dns lookup to find out if there's some sort of issue causing the problem since we didn't stop sending the emails until that happened and that is what forced you into our bouncelist.
