I have a jotform called secure lab order form.
when the form is submitted I get an auto email notification sent to my main email account firstname.lastname@example.org
I want to send the same notification to a secondary email account email@example.com but the email notification is only going to my main email address.
I've tried adding the secondary email address in the recipients field of the email notifications section....but this is not working.
I then created a 2nd email notification which was just for my secondary email address but still the notifications are not coming through.
Any help you can give me would be great.

The recipient was in our bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
Try adding the second recipient, or creating a second notifications for the second recipient again. Let us know if you need more help.
