Data download file has no data/can't unzip

I am trying to download the uploads to a form. When I try to export the data the folder appears empty, and I am unable to extract the files from the zip file.

Please note that an invalid zip file can be caused by several scenarios:

* Interrupted/corrupted download of the zip file: to check that you may opt for downloading the zip file again to see if the file opens this time.

* Completed file but the format is not supported: you may consider trying with other archive extraction tools such as 7-zip: http://www.7-zip.org/
