Not receiving auto-response email or notification for a form

    I've tested this form and I'm not receiving notifications or the auto-response email.

    Can you have a look into this please?

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there are 11 recipients set in the notification. Please be noted that a notification can hold only up to 10 recipients. If you need to add more recipients, it is required to add a new notification to the form. 

    I have checked all the email addresses in the notification and see that most of them are listed in our bounce list. So they are receiving emails. I have now removed them from the bounce list and should be able to receive the notifications without any issue.
