We are receiving an error message when attempting to download a file from our form

We are receiving the following error message when attempting to access a file attachment for one of our form submissions. 

404 Not Found : /jufs/revivalanimal/60266640087961/361938353602343378/20170122_095325_1.mp4

The file still attempts to download; however, it is audio only, and it should be a video with audio. Can you please advise?

I was able to download and play the video with the default Windows player:

Please give this player a try. I think what you are experiencing is a codec problem with your current player.
