Recipient email dropdown shows empty in autoresponder settings

    Looks like I am also having the same issue. I did a hard refresh as well and still showing up empty. Any suggestions?

    I see that your last edited form is form 70324630450142, named MSPPS Workforce Training Survey, which does not have any Email fields.

    If you want to send out autoresponder emails, you must have a form field where your users will need to enter their email address. Adding an email field in Form Builder version 3:

    Once there is an email field on your form, you'll be able to select it as a recipient of the autoresponder. Related guide:
