Authorize.Net: Shipping Information no longer forwarded with transaction details

    I have 2 different forms which serve similar purposes. One of them sends the shipping address to, no problem. The other one does not send the shipping address to even though I have the settings set up the same way. Can you please help? We really need to be able to send the shipping address to for all our forms. We were able to do this last year with no problem.

    Another thing that concerns me, on a related matter, is that I don't see a field in the payment wizard which allows me to indicate what the shipper's name is (in order to send it to Last year we were able to do this. How does it work now? Does it assume that the buyer is the same as the shipper? In our situation the payer's name and the shippee's name are often different. This information needs to go through for our situation. This is the primary reason that I selected Jotform for our forms, was because you had this functionality, and we were able to do it, no problem, last year.

    I have tried a test form in Sandbox mode, but I was not able to get the Shipping Information forwarded to Authorize.Net.

    A bug report ticket has been sent to our developers to see if they can help with troubleshooting. We will let you know if we have any updates.

    Can you also tell me how the shipping name works, since there is no field to send the shipping name to authorize in the payment wizard?
