I have 2 different forms which serve similar purposes. One of them sends the shipping address to authorize.net, no problem. The other one does not send the shipping address to authorize.net even though I have the settings set up the same way. Can you please help? We really need to be able to send the shipping address to authorize.net for all our forms. We were able to do this last year with no problem.
Here is the one that seems to be working: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=62575194079971
Here is the one that is not working: https://www.jotform.com//?formID=70124823371954
Another thing that concerns me, on a related matter, is that I don't see a field in the payment wizard which allows me to indicate what the shipper's name is (in order to send it to authorize.net). Last year we were able to do this. How does it work now? Does it assume that the buyer is the same as the shipper? In our situation the payer's name and the shippee's name are often different. This information needs to go through Authorize.net for our situation. This is the primary reason that I selected Jotform for our forms, was because you had this functionality, and we were able to do it, no problem, last year.
Thank you for looking into these issues for me.

Thank you for contacting us.
I have tried a test form in Authorize.net Sandbox mode, but I was not able to get the Shipping Information forwarded to Authorize.Net.
A bug report ticket has been sent to our developers to see if they can help with troubleshooting. We will let you know if we have any updates.
