Why was my account was suspended and all my forms are deactivated?

Hi my account was also suspenden and all my Forms are deactivated. 

I did not try to do any phishing attacks

Claudia, we do apologize about the problem you are having with your account suspended and your forms deactivated.

I've investigated this and didn't find anything wrong with your forms which I believe may have been an accidental so I have reactivated your account and whitelisted them for you.

You may now return to using your account normally.
