Limit for the free account

A question about the limit of 5 forms for the free account. Do you mean 5 forms in total or 5 active forms? I mean: if I created 5 forms, I deleted the oldest one and I create a new form does it work?

You can have 5 active forms. For example if you have 5 active forms and you delete 2 of them, you will be able to create 2 new forms.

Forms that are deleted and that are located in Trash folder will not be counted. 

Also forms that are archived will not be counted towards your number of forms. 

When you reach form limit you will not be able to create new forms, enable disabled forms, clone forms and restore forms.
