Form data not being forwarded even though it is being filled

    When users are submitting a form, it doesn't look like the data is saving. The information from this form is critical, can you please tell me if we are able to get to the data?

    Your form fields are being hidden after the selections are made and the option to clear hidden fields when submitting the form is enabled:

    Change this to "Don't Clear" as shown in the screenshot above and the data will be retained if the field is hidden.

    Perfect, that worked, thank you! Didn't realize that would be selected by default.

    Is this something new?  I was getting information before that is now not being sent. I just went through all my forms and changed this preference.  Hope this works.
