How to upgrade account free to Bronze and get Non-Profit discount

    We signed up originally to evaluate the web software and didn't know about the non-profit discount.  We are Alamance County Department of Social Services (local government) and need to know needs to be completed for the discount?  I would like to join today.  Please help.
