My Registration Form is sending notifications differently

    So I have a JotForm set up at

    I made changes the other day to some of the questions...

    Now I GET TWO DIFFERENT RESPONSES for confirmation emails.. Not sure why I get these. The forms come with the PayPal integration.


    From one that is sent out says this... note that is missing a whole bunch of questions

    Other times I get an email that SAYS REGISTRATION PENDING.

    Why is it giving me two different things.


    Can you look at it to make sure it is working right.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that there is only one notification set. If you notice missing fields in the email notification, they might not be filled on the form. The hidden fields will not be displayed in the notification since the option "Hide empty fields" is enabled in the notification.


    Also, the payment pending emails are being sent for the submissions that has not completed payments since the Pending Payment Email is set to send both Notifiers and Autoresponder in the payment field settings. 

    If you do not want to receive the pending payment emails, you may disabled it.
