I have tried to downgrade my subscription to the free plan but I'm still charged

    Hi,

    I have tried to downgrade my subscription to the free plan, and am still getting charged.

    Please cancel my subscription and refund my $5.

    I have requested the cancellation and refund to our billing team. Once made, you should receive a notification from Paypal and we will also do our best to notify you here.
