    Hello,

We are evaluating your product to use as our forms management system for our school district.

Do you have any customer service or sales associate who would be able to provide a demo or set up and meeting via phone to answer questions?

    Thank you!

Could you please describe to us the user cases/scenarios that you are looking to accomplish, so that we can assist you better?

Thank you in advance. We are awaiting your reply.

    Hi Aidan,

I apologize for sending this through the support forum, I didn't realize until after I submitted.

We are a school district looking to migrate our existing paper forms to electronic paper forms. Some examples would be Student Code of Conduct, Student Information Card, etc.

    Hi Madeline,

Since we do not have a phone support we will answer your queries on this thread. You can create your existing paper forms to a web form using JotForm. You can check our existing templates/sample forms here: https://www.jotform.com/form-templates/ so you will have an idea on how JotForm works. You can also check our guide that may help you in creating your forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/. Here is a simple guide on how to create your web form in JotForm: How to create your first web form.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.

I started creating a form and so far I've been able to answer most of the questions I had. I do have a few remaining questions though.

1.) I know I can generate a PDF with the form results, however is it possible to take the data input from the user and import than into a templated PDF with fillable fields?

2.) What other methods are available to view form submissions than email? An example would be a form where thousands of students will be submitting. Whoever is responsible for checking those emails would be blasted and their inbox would probably fill up. I do see third party integrations, I do not see OneDrive however. Is this not available? If we do not have any other affiliations with the third party integrations, what else do you recommend?

    Thank you!
