DId not receive all of the uploaded logos that I needed

    Hello, We submitted a request for 6 logos for Lendlease and we only received one. Can you please advise?

    I assume you were referring to the submission of your form https://www.jotform.us/form/62844737559168

    I checked the submission data of the form and I can see only one submission with upload from the user Lendlease.

    Currently, the Upload field on your form can only accept 1 upload per submission. So the user was not able to upload multiple files simultaneously in one submission.

    You can enable Allow Multiple in the Upload field also if you want to allow multiple uploads per submission.

    Please let us know if still not resolve.
