After reading that you had limited the max nº of forms to 5 on the free plan, my forms do not seem to be working any more. However, there are posts on Jotform forums saying that while you do not allow the creation of any more forms over 5, whatever number of forms already existed before said limitation are still active.
My question is: are my Jotforms not working any more because you disabled some or most of them, or do I have to look elsewhere to get my forms to work?
In the link below, after clicking the "send" button for testing purposes, it turns into an eternal "please wait" button and nothing happens. On other forms, I cannot even select the dates.
I had been using all of "my" Jotforms successfully up until recently - the only option that worked to embed the code using Xara Designer Pro 10 placeholder's was "source code". iframes, did not, nor did your Xara widget.
I checked your forms and they are all active. They should still be receiving submissions without problems. What is only prevented from the implementation of the form limits is the creation of the forms. All forms created prior its implementation should work fine.
On the form you have provided. I noticed you have the full HTML source placed in it. I'm suspecting that there is a conflict there that's happening. As it only triggers the error on the terms and conditions widget, but not on the other fields when I try submitting a blank form.
Can you try re-embedding the form? There should also be no problems with iframes as it should be working fine. Otherwise, a stand alone form should not work as well.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my issues. It finally turns out the link to the "Terms" actual address was broken. It now works on the desktop version. I am next going to try on the mobile version! You made my day! For what it is worth, the form button "send" does not show from within Xara on the book.htm page, but then it works for real - yes I used embed "iframe" as you suggested.
