I was trying to create a new form and couldn't preview it. Then I realized my other two forms are also disabled. I haven't reached any quotas yet to not be eligible for the free account. What am I doing wrong?

I have deleted the credit card fields on your form so I can activate your account again. If you need to collect payment for your form you will need to use our Payment field instead of adding credit card information manually. You can check this article for more information: Setting Up Your First Order Forml
I have activated your account. Your forms are now accessible. Please avoid adding credit card information on your form to avoid your account to be automatically suspended again.
