My first free from that I created on your site a month or two ago, seems to have disappeared.

Asked by Narjas on June 08, 2012 at 11:16 AM

Where can I find the form that I created on JotForm? My other email address is narjas@talktalk.net, but I am certain that I created an account using the inklingsdesign.co.uk domain for my contact form.

I created a coded hyperlink that seems to load correctly when I click it in my web design software, to link locally to HTML browser - however, your site doesn't seem to have any record of the same form? Where has it disappeared to, as I would like to amend it.

Here's the coded link I make on JotForm -

    <a target="_blank" href="javascript:void( window.open('http://form.jotformeu.com/form/21256801816350', 'blank','scrollbars=yes,toolbar=no,width=700,height=500'))">Contact me</a>

    Thanks,
    Narjas

    Hey Narjas,

I've located your form in our system and as you were creating your form, you weren't logged in or didn't create a JotForm account. So your form is associated with a guest. You just need to create a free account using the email address above ''narjas@talktalk.net'' and your form will be automatically transferred to your new account. You can also clone your form to your other account (using the form URL) if you already have one.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
