Form Decryption: 2 submission are not properly decrypted

    Yes, those are the 2 that will not decrypt and allow me to view.  I can view all of the others with no issues.

    Hi there,

    Looks like you encrypted those 2 submissions using your private key instead of the public key. Unfortunately, there is no way to decrypt submissions encrypted using the wrong key. You will have to encrypt your form with the right key and resubmit those data.

    Okay no problem.  I'll just have them submit another one under the current key.  

    I am also trying to save all of my submissions via PDF.  All of them (except the 2 mentioned above) are decrypted now and allows me to print with no problem.  When I select "PDF" to generate a PDF report of all of them, each submission form goes back to the encryption version. How can I decrypt the PDF version?
