I just received a form submission from my newly created form which is great since it let's me know that the form works. However, I did not receive a notice that I had received a form submission.
Is there a way for me to have these form submissions forwarded to my email account? I attempted to find a means to do that and I was not able to find a solution.

Hello Michael, the form https://www.jotform.com/70299430860156 embedded on the page you mentioned on your post http://radiocasbah.com/radio-casbah-permission-form/ doesn't seem to have an Email Notification yet. It only has an Autoresponder (this one goes out to the person who filled out the form).
Just setup an Email Notification so you can receive email alerts for each new submission.

For some reason I didn't realize that's what that was when I deleted it a few days ago.
