Hi! I am not sure if its possible.

    Case:

I have a JotForm reservation form my Photo-Studio.

I get the reservation form by email from a customer. Then I have to check if the studio is free etc. After that I would like to set up kind of a confirmation form (just inhouse). This should take all booking infos from form 1 and some additional infos like contract link, map/describtions etc.

And I would need to add its email adress to send it to.

    Does this make sense?

    Thank you for your time.

If I understood your requirement correctly, you want to use two forms. One is where your user will submit their initial reservation.

Then, after you have verified that your studio will be available, you want to send your customer an email with a link to another form, where they will provide you with some further information (fill out additional form fields). This second form would be partially populated by data the user provided on the first form, and they would simply fill out the rest as well.

    Is this correct?

Or did you mean that you simply wish to add some further information to the form, such as the address where your user will need to go to, and then send this added information back to the customer - without your customer needing to fill out further form fields?

Please confirm, so we can proceed with providing you with the closest steps to achieving your requirements. Looking forward to your response.

I figured out a perfect way. I just use zapier "jotform" to google draft email. So I can take all entered infos and my additional infos. When the cutomers say okay, i just send the draft.

    Thank you.
