Form not Found - This form disabled

    Hello,

    I have 3 forms and have just discovered they are not accessible, the pop-up says "Form Not Found - This form has been disabled"

    Please advise.

    Hi there,

    Your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector for having suspicious form. However, I checked your forms and each of them does not violate our terms of use. The auto-suspension was maybe triggered by one of your forms with title "Login/Register" - http://www.jotform.ca/form/70324838535257 - as the title indicates potential collection of sensitive data. However, I see that the said form has already been deleted so it should no longer matter and affect your account.
