My account is autosuspended but I don't know why - I am unable to login now

I was using new format and uploaded a picture for background and when I hit preview it said form is disabled.  I logged out to log back in again, thinking that there was a glitch and now says my account is autosuspended.  Please reactivate.  Thanks.
