You can set up your form to send out an autoresponder to the email address that was entered into the email of your form since that is how it functions.
If you want to delete the submission after it's sent to your form account then you can do this by setting up our autodelete submissions app.

Thanks, but these don't really achieve what I would like. What I would like is that when I delete a submission, the user (the person who filled out the form) is notified that the submission has been deleted. For example, if the person does not come in and pay after 5 days, I delete their submission and they get notified as such.

Unfortunately, there is no option to setup an email after a submission has been deleted. So currently, what you can do is on the submissions page, you send them an email by either using the Reply or Forward button. This will open a window which you will be able to send an email.
