We are trying to log in to edit one of our forms but our username/password was not working. We tried to reset the password but it said there was no e-mail in use under email@example.com. We just recieved a reply to one of our forms so we know that there must be an account under that one. We also tried our second e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with no sucess. Can you help us reset our password?

I've just checked the email addresses above and it seems that the first email address is associated with a guest account. As far as i can see, you don't have a JotForm account. You are using JotForm as a guest. All you need to do is create a free account using the first email address you provided above and your form will be automatically transferred to your new account.
