A few weeks ago I discovered that we weren't receiving our forms and when I logged into Jotform to see our missed submissions, a pop up informed me that our email was added to the bounce list. I selected to remove our email from the bounce list but then today I discovered that we weren't receiving our forms again and logged in to receive another pop that said the same thing. Why is this happening?
